Our Story

Ace Load Testing through its’ predecessor businesses began in the early 1990’s providing inspection and testing services of Lifting and Rigging equipment to the Power Industry in Gippsland.

Our primary service was to inspect, repair, replace lifting equipment and provide a full asset management reporting system to the customers. We achieved NATA accreditation ISO/IEC 17020 in 1994 and ISO/IEC 17025 in 2012 to ensure our quality service was backed up by a quality system.

In 2004 we started providing roof and height safety systems across Victoria as Fall Safe Australia. This included the sale of Harnesses, Lanyards and other PPE equipment as well as  annual recertifications of existing roof access systems.  Later the name was changed to ACE Safe@Height to align with the strong ACE brand.

Opening new locations in Melbourne (2013) and Traralgon (2016) the business continued to grow and expand our service offering. In 2017 we opened in Bendigo to extend our services across the North and West of the State.

In 2018 the business was acquired by James Bolton, taking the next steps in systems, people and equipment. Two workshops were relocated to new modern premises in Dandenong South and East Bendigo. The Core Inspection system was implemented and significant improvements in staff training and development were introduced.

The journey continues today with ongoing efficiency improvements and a constant focus on delivering excellent customer service.
